ELECT MARILYN ZERULL to the ARIZONA HOUSE of REPRESENTATIVES

Marilyn Zerull is running for election to the Arizona State House, from Legislative District 26, under the Clean Elections Law which

was approved by Arizona voters in 1998.  This is a way that candidates can finance a political campaign.  A Clean Elections participating

candidate must meet certain rules and guidelines and cannot accept contributions from corporate, PAC’s or special interest groups.  In

order to qualify, Marilyn Zerull must collect $5.00 (five dollar) contributions from over 215 registered voters in LD 26.  Please help

qualify Marilyn Zerull as a participating candidate by completing this form and returning it with your $5.00 contribution.

THE $5.00 CONTRIBUTION MUST BE IN THE FORM OF CASH OR A CHECK

To meet the strict qualifications of state election officials:

·         Contributions may be in the form of a check or cash and must be exactly $5.00.

·        Checks must be payable to:  ELECT MARILYN ZERULL TO STATE HOUSE 2008

·        One contribution form per registered voter only

·        A $10.00 (ten dollar) check is acceptable from a couple, provided both names appear on the account and

both husband and wife have signed the check.  Each person must fill out a separate contribution form.

·        This form must remain whole.  It may be photocopied, but cannot be altered.

·        Any voter registered in Legislative District 26 can contribute, regardless of party affiliation or lack of affiliation.
